About
Darshann M. Wienick, JD, MSW, ACSW, served in the United States Army as a military intelligence linguist from 1989-1993. In 1997, she received her undergraduate degrees in political science and Korean studies, magna cum laude, from the University of Washington. She is also a 2000 graduate of the University of California College of the Law at San Francisco, cum laude. She has been a licensed attorney in the state of California since 2000. Ms. Wienick practiced law full-time as a litigation attorney in Los Angeles until her daughter was born in 2009. Ms. Wienick is the owner of Law Office of Darshann M. Wienick, a trauma-informed, child-centered family law firm. She has extensive training in litigation and mediation, focusing on high conflict dispute resolution in the areas of family law and child custody.
Ms. Wienick graduated from the University of Southern California with her Master of Social Work degree in 2022. She is registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an Associate Clinical Social Worker, and she recently completed her 3,000 hours of supervised clinical experience. Ms. Wienick hopes to take the licensing exam to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker by the end of 2025. Ms. Wienick also is certified as a Co-Parenting Specialist by Mosten Guthrie and is licensed by the High Conflict Institute as a New Ways For Families coach and counselor. She lives with her husband, 3 children, 4 Salukis, and 4 cats in Aliso Viejo, California.
